Our Services
Fully Managed Service
You receive your rental income straight into your bank account (less our management fee) and we handle all the day to day queries, only contacting you as we feel necessary. You will have the income without any worries.
Find Tenant Only
We will find a suitable tenant and do all the relevant documentation up to signing the lease and handing over the property. You are their first point of contact and deal with any management of the property relating to repairs, inspections and collection of rent and dealing with their notice to quit etc.
Our Landlord Fees
Tenant find with management service is as follows:
£350 Plus VAT of £70 for our managed set up service.
Total charged set up managed £420.
Our management fee is 10% of each months rent plus VAT. For example £900 rent is £90 plus VAT of £18 so total payable with VAT is £108.
Non Managed service:
£500 plus VAT of £100 so a total payable for £600 for Tenant find only service
Both services include:
- Advice to Landlords for preparing to rent out
- Lease and associated paperwork
- Deposit Protection
- Referenced Tenants
- Full inventory with photos
- Transfer of utility suppliers to new tenants
For any rent over £2000, our non-managed fee will be agreed by negotiation.
Commercial Rentals:
First months rent is the set up cost. Management fee by negotiation.
Rent Collection Only:
We also offer a rent collection only service at 5% plus VAT of each months rent.
