When we were looking for an agent to manage letting our house out, we were recommended SOLO by friends who had used them as letting management and friends who had rented through them. These folks all spoke highly of the service SOLO provided. We wanted agents who would look after us as well as our tenants and as soon as SOLO came on board the stress of letting a house out went. They were supportive in advising us about how to set the house up and when they were looking for tenants worked hard to find folks that wanted a home. Now they are in regular contact with us and always pick up the phone or call back promptly. It’s rare to find such strong standards of practice in this industry. Our tenants have also spoken of the reliability of the SOLO team. I’m very glad SOLO are managing our property.

Having dealt with various letting agents over the last few years I can honestly say that the approach Solo take represents a breath of fresh air. And what’s more, the property I moved to had a few niggles only I could discover, to which their response was positive and “We can fix it”! The folk who fixed the niggles were so supportive of Solo. With it being Christmas Eve and was having a problem with something in our house that needed sorting and we was currently away on holiday.
