Immersed in the property industry for over 30 years, Jules began her career in property as a relocation agent, whilst also buying and selling property. She then went on to work for an independent estate agent in Ripon which lead to her to start up her own company, Lets Move, in 2006 which was later successfully sold. "My extensive experience and never give up attitude ensures our clients can be assured we leave no stone left un-turned to achieve their goals".

Beginning his career in 1994, Andrew has built a wealth of experience as an estate agent covering the Ripon, Harrogate and Wetherby areas. Sales and Lettings Valuer and Negotiator

Jessica joined SOLO after qualifying for the Level 2 ARLA award and has since undertaken further training in Sales. Jessica feels that as an agency it is paramount our clients are listened to and values good communication and honesty. "Solo prides itself on its customer service and is always happy to go the extra mile."

Sales Progression and Negotiator

We welcome Claire to the SOLO sales team who has very hands on knowledge of moving house several times. Claire is a very organised individual and has already made a difference to the Sales team. Claire has been Office based, also carrying out viewings and sales progression, however is now moving towards valuation after some intensive training

Lettings Administrator

Pam has many years of experience in administrative roles including working in a local estate agents in the land and new homes section and latterly for the Head of Planning and Development and the Chief Planner of the local borough Council. “Working in the office at SOLO is a very busy and varied role. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal, friendly and supportive service to all our existing customers and potential clients alike”.
