We would very much like to tell everyone who maybe looking for a reliable efficient Estate Agent in the Yorkshire area.  Our advice is to go with Solo ( Ripon) we can not thank them enough .We put our property on the market with them and Andrew came along and took some fantastic pictures, Jane was always on hand to help from beginning to the very end and even now after our move that was over 3 weeks ago Jane keeps in touch.

We have moved houses all over the country so dealt with lots of estate agents and we can honestly say they came out at the very top of the list.

We would have found it extremely hard with the viewings throughout this pandemic, but they never sent anyone around that didn’t obey the COVID rules.

They have a great team of people working for them and we could not fault them they are always professional, considerate and we found them very reasonably priced compared to other estate agents.

Take our advice and go with Solo
