When you’ve been selling property for as long as we have, there are a whole host of questions that we hear time and time again. So rather than leave you in the dark we have listed all the most common questions and answers below for you.

Why use Solo and not a traditional High Street agent?

We provide the same service you would receive from a conventional high street estate agent but for a much lower fee. Our fee is fixed no matter what the value of your home.

How do I contact Solo?

Yes, there is always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have. Just call us on 01765 608203 or press the valuation tab on our website and send us your details or request a call back.

Where will Solo advertise my home?

We will advertise your property on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation, Globrix, Zoopla and of course our own site.

If I am on the market with another agent can I use Solo as well?

Yes you can but you will need to check the terms of your existing agreement if you have entered into a sole agency agreement with you current estate agent.  You will need to speak to them to revise the terms of your existing contract with them.

Does Solo have a minimum contract term?

No there is no lock in agreement but we do require 21 days notice should you wish to withdraw your property.
